Product Overview
This 10%-15% sodium hypochlorite generator uses ion-exchange membrane brine electrolysis technology, stably producing sodium hypochlorite solution with 10% to 15% effective chlorine concentration, the whole unit is integrated on a standard skid, equipped with full-automatic PLC touch control system. All pipelines and liquid storage tanks are made of anti-corrosion CPVC and 316L stainless steel.

System Technological Process
The whole production flow of the 10%-15% sodium hypochlorite generator adopts closed-loop automatic circulation, divided into 6 standardized continuous working sections, each link with online monitoring sensors to ensure stable liquid concentration output:

Saturated Brine Preparation Unit
Industrial refined salt is put into the salt dissolving tank, tap water is automatically added according to the liquid level sensor, stirring equipment continuously mixes to prepare saturated brine (25% NaCl concentration). The system automatically supplements salt and water when brine liquid level is low.

Multi-stage Precision Filtration Section
Saturated brine is transported by anti-corrosion pump into two-stage precision filter. The primary filter removes coarse salt residues and suspended impurities, the secondary fine filter intercepts calcium and magnesium ions precipitates, extend core electrode service life.

Constant Flow Brine Dosing & Buffer
Purified saturated brine flows into the buffer tank, the flowmeter transmits real-time data to PLC control cabinet, the metering pump stably delivers fixed-flow brine into each electrolytic cell group.

Ion Membrane Electrolysis Core Reaction
Brine enters sealed ion-exchange membrane electrolytic cell, stable DC current output by high-efficiency digital rectifier triggers electrolytic reaction. The ion membrane separates anode and cathode areas: chlorine gas generates on anode, sodium hydroxide forms on cathode. Two substances fully circulate and react inside the closed absorption tower, generating 10%-15% high concentration sodium hypochlorite stock solution. Hydrogen by-product is collected by sealed pipeline and safely diluted & exhausted outdoors after explosion-proof treatment.

Concentrated Liquid Storage & Automatic Dosing
Freshly produced high-titer NaClO liquid automatically flows into anti-corrosion concentrated liquid storage tank, equipped with liquid level alarm and constant temperature protection to slow down solution decomposition. The system supports automatic quantitative dosing linkage with external water circulation pipeline, real-time adjusting disinfectant adding volume based on online residual chlorine detector signal.

Automatic Online Pickling Maintenance Loop
The system reserves independent acid washing pipeline loop. When electrode scaling affects electrolysis efficiency, the PLC automatically starts the pickling program: dilute hydrochloric acid circulates inside electrolytic cell to remove carbonate scaling, no need to disassemble the cell manually, greatly reducing equipment maintenance labor cost.
